Relational Strength & Depth
Therapy that meets your needs, not the other way round
Therapy that is non-judgemental, empathetic, and evidence-based, giving you agency and helping to make lasting change possible.
A space to be heard
Relational and integrative psychotherapy supports adults through anxiety, relationship and family difficulties, stress, low mood, loneliness, life transitions, bereavement, trauma, and identity-related concerns — including menstrual or menopause-related changes and masculinity. I also work with domestic abuse, coercive control, and abusive behaviour. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgemental — adapting to your pace rather than fitting you into a fixed model. Your beliefs are yours to hold, whatever they are. I won't assume your politics, faith, or background explain your difficulties, and I won't expect you to share my views to work with me. All are welcome here — my practice is affirming for LGBTQ+ clients and equally open to those from traditional religious, cultural, or family backgrounds.

Reaching out is often the hardest part. Many people wait before making that first move — that's completely normal. A brief, no-pressure chat costs nothing and commits you to nothing; it's simply space to ask questions and see if this feels right. Whether you're ready to book or just want to talk first, I'm here to help. Get in touch.
