Relational Strength & Depth

Does this sound familiar?

This isn't an exhaustive list of my work, or of the issues people bring to therapy — please get in touch even if your situation isn't reflected here.

Some examples to help you think about or consider therapy.

Anxiety+

What it can look like: Persistent worry, racing thoughts, or a constant sense of unease that makes everyday life feel exhausting.
How therapy can help: We'll explore what's driving your anxiety and build practical, relational tools to help you feel calmer and more in control.

Panic & Panic Attacks+

What it can look like: Sudden, intense episodes of fear accompanied by physical symptoms — racing heart, shortness of breath, dizziness — that can feel frightening or overwhelming, sometimes leading to avoiding certain places or situations. How therapy can help: Therapy helps you understand what's happening in your body and mind during panic, and builds practical strategies to feel more grounded and in control.

Low Mood, Loneliness, & Disconnection+

What it can look like: Feeling persistently low, unmotivated, or isolated — even when surrounded by people.
How therapy can help: This work gently explores what's underneath those feelings, at whatever pace feels manageable, and helps rebuild a sense of connection.

Sleep Difficulties+

What it can look like: Trouble falling or staying asleep, racing thoughts at night, or feeling exhausted despite spending long hours in bed. How therapy can help: We'll explore what's contributing to the sleep difficulties — often anxiety, stress, or unprocessed emotion — and build practical, sustainable ways to improve rest.

Stress & Burnout+

What it can look like: Work or life demands outpacing your capacity to cope, leaving you feeling depleted, irritable, or disconnected.
How therapy can help: We'll work at your pace to identify what's contributing to the overwhelm and find sustainable ways to restore balance.

Work-Related Stress & Career Difficulties+

What it can look like: Feeling overwhelmed, undervalued, or stuck at work; struggling with confidence in professional settings, or facing difficult transitions like redundancy, promotion, or career change. How therapy can help: We'll explore what's driving the stress or stuck feeling and work toward a clearer, more sustainable relationship with work and your sense of self within it.

Life Transitions+

What it can look like: Change — chosen or unexpected, such as a career shift, relationship ending, bereavement, or becoming a parent — bringing uncertainty or a sense of losing your footing.
How therapy can help: Therapy offers a steady space to process what's shifting and reconnect with a sense of direction.

Menopause & Changing Body & Mind+

What it can look like: Unexpected emotional shifts — mood changes, anxiety, or loss of confidence — alongside physical symptoms of menopause or perimenopause.
How therapy can help: Therapy offers a space to process these changes and reconnect with a sense of stability and control.

Relationship Difficulties+

What it can look like: Recurring patterns in how you connect — or struggle to connect — with partners, family, or friends.
How therapy can help: This work helps you understand where those patterns come from and develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships, both with others and with yourself.

Family & Parenting Difficulties+

What it can look like: Tension or disconnection within family relationships, difficulties adjusting to parenthood, or navigating complex family dynamics across generations. How therapy can help: This work offers a space to understand these patterns and find calmer, more connected ways of relating within your family.

Domestic Abuse & Coercive Control+

What it can look like: Experiences of control, manipulation, or abuse within a relationship — sometimes hard to name or recognise at first.
How therapy can help: This space offers support without judgement, helping you process what's happened and rebuild a sense of safety and autonomy, at a pace that feels safe for you.

Working with Abusive Behaviour+

What it can look like: Recognising patterns of controlling or abusive behaviour in yourself and wanting to change them.
How therapy can help: This is confidential, non-judgemental, and structured work focused on understanding what's underlying those patterns and building genuine, accountable change.

Masculinity & Identity+

What it can look like: Difficulty talking about what you're carrying, often shaped by unspoken expectations around strength, self-reliance, and not showing vulnerability.
How therapy can help: This work offers a space to explore identity, pressure, and emotion without judgement, at your own pace and in your own words.

Self-Esteem, Confidence, & Identity+

What it can look like: Struggling with self-worth or a clear sense of who you are, affecting relationships, work, and daily decision-making.
How therapy can help: Together, we'll work toward a steadier, more grounded, and compassionate relationship with yourself.

Body Image+

What it can look like: Feeling preoccupied with how your body looks, comparing yourself harshly to others, or feeling ashamed of your appearance, sometimes affecting intimacy, social situations, or daily routines. How therapy can help: We can explore where these beliefs about your body come from — family, culture, experiences — and work toward a more compassionate, realistic way of seeing yourself.

Trauma & Difficult Experiences+

What it can look like: Memories or images you can’t seem to shake, feeling on edge or easily startled, avoiding places or situations that remind you of what happened, or feeling cut off from yourself or others. How therapy can help: We’ll work carefully and collaboratively to understand how the trauma is affecting you now, and build ways to feel safer in your body, relationships, and daily life.

Bereavement & Grief+

What it can look like: Intense sadness, numbness, anger, or guilt after a loss; struggling to accept what’s happened or feeling that life has lost its shape or meaning. How therapy can help: Therapy offers a steady, non-judgemental space to make sense of your grief, at your pace, and to begin reconnecting with life around — and after — the loss.

Obsessive Thoughts & Compulsive Behaviours+

What it can look like: Repetitive, intrusive thoughts or images, and urges to perform certain actions or rituals to feel safer or reduce anxiety — even when you know, rationally, that the thoughts or actions don't quite make sense. How therapy can help: We'll work to understand the function of these patterns and gradually build ways to reduce their grip, so they take up less space in your daily life.
